Project details
This project involves the maintenance and rehabilitation of key elements of the electrical distribution network. It includes targeted interventions to enhance the reliability, efficiency and safety of electrical infrastructures at several sites. By ensuring optimum performance of critical equipment, the project contributes to the stability and sustainability of the network, in compliance with current standards and operational quality requirements.
- Load tap changer maintenance - Type MIII 500Y-72.5kV / 21 positions.
- Refurbishment of the TR2 60/20KV 20MVA transformer at the ASILAH source substation, including (oil treatment, maintenance, electrical tests)
- TANGENTE-DELTA inspection of a 40MVA HVB/HVA power transformer installed at the AOUAMA source substation (winding + bushings)
- Maintenance of Amendis Tangier source substations
Challenges
- Complex socket changer, risk of incorrect positioning and internal malfunctions.
- Contaminated transformer oil, loss of insulation and progressive overheating detected.
- High delta tangent on bushings, threat of premature wear
